Development and regeneration

Our team is used to dealing with the complex issues that arise on regeneration schemes such as development and framework agreements, joint venture arrangements, compulsory purchase orders and multi-party site assembly, remediation obligations, planning conditions, rights to light, termination and step-in, funding and direct agreements, infrastructure and Section 106 Agreements, phasing, overage, management company structures and related service charge issues.
